Our culture is centered around teamwork, customer service, sales, excellence and fun.
First and foremost, we’re here to enrich people’s lives by helping them develop the skills and confidence to enjoy dancing in social settings. Then if people want to compete, we help them develop at a pace they can handle.
As a teacher, your role is to engage students, help them develop the skills and make sure they are having fun and feeling good about the experience. We rarely train 10 dance champions, so we need to make sure we’re not pushing people like we would if they were serious competitors. Unless they want that.
We’re normally helping everyday people bring dance into their lives. We help them become confident social dancers first and then if they wish, we help them become competent competitive dancers.
In this environment, keeping the experience light and fun is our number one goal. We’re looking for talented dance instructors who love to teach and who love teaching kids and beginners as much as they love teaching advanced classes.
Your communication and people skills are just as important as your dance skills. Since we operate as a team, you need to be collaborative with the other instructors and share students.
If our culture and environment feel like a fit and you can see yourself loving it here, we invite you to submit a resume and then call us to learn more about the opportunity.
